Create a FCC recommendation to get the media to deny terrorists and killers the fame they seek.

The FCC should issue a rule to minimize the showing of the perpetrators picture and saying their name repeatedly on news and radio. Since the primary goal of terrorists and deranged gunman is to get their 15 minutes of fame. Lets deny them that. The point is not to censor the information, just to prevent them from getting the publicity they sought with their acts. Hopefully it would prevent the encouragement of other perpetrators in the future.
