Put a stop to police corruption and brutality nationwide. There are to many incidents every year where Federal, State and Local police officers and agents infringe and violate the Rights and Civil Liberties of American citizens and commit crimes in the line of duty, most of which go without any formal impartial investigation and prosecution. The police needs to be policed themselves there is to much of a brotherhood between officers where cops take care of cops which causes rarely any impartial investigation and prosecution of corrupt police officers and federal agents. A creation of a Federal agency that's sole purpose is to investigate all complaints of illegal law enforcement actions and practices and pass along prosecution recommendations to U.S. Attorneys office.
