The U.S. Government should create a Federal Concealed Carry Weapons (CCW) permit or require all states to recognize other state's CCW permits while permit holder travels or temporarily resides (Vacation, etc) in other states. Make strict requirements to gain CCW, ie: Background Investigation, Safety and Law Class and proof of shooting proficiency.
