Create A Federal Death Penalty Commission Which Has Jurisdiction Over State Executions.

Created by N.L. on September 27, 2011

Eyewitness identification is the least reliable of all means of identifying perpetrators. Eyewitness identification should never be relied upon in capital cases where DNA is not present.

A federal regulatory agency is URGENTLY needed to ensure that state executions are not carried out as a result of eyewitness misidentification and testimony.

While believers in the death penalty, we realize that the death penalty will not be immediately abolished and therefore; request that lawmakers are prohibited from seeking death sentences unless accurate DNA evidence is available.

WE request that the aforementioned is immediately regulated.
