Create a Federal Employee early retirement program

The federal government employes hundreds of thousands of hard working American citizens. But obtaining a federal position has never been more difficult. The government needs to offer a federal buyout package to employees over the age of 62, offering incentives into taking early retirement. This will open positions across the entire federal government, at all levels, giving potentially hundreds of thousands of people the chance to be promoted, younger citizens the chance to enter federal employment and provide more options for our war heroes the opportunity they deserve.
