Create a Federal Firearms License that would allow qualified Active & Retired Law Enforcement Officers to Carry a handgun in any state in the country.
Currently HR218 does not clearly state that a officer has that right. There is so much in the law that makes it questionable.
This would reduce the ambiguity of HR218 and all the confusion it comes with.
