Create a Federal Gun License for all gun owners - instead of having constant background checks every time you buy.

I think there is a very easy solution to the background checks issue. How about we just create Federal gun licenses? Just like a hunting or fishing license.

Your background is checked yearly when you renew. That way one licensee can sell to another licensee without the hassle.

Plus, if the license provided is in question, anyone can look up the license online to verify it is active and valid.

This will really help cops bust thugs who are carrying illegally. It will prevent criminals from being able to buy guns from anyone. Add stiff sentences for violations. Problem solved.
