Every American citizen should be self-reliant. Medicaid and The Affordable Healthcare Act are simply too expensive for a debt-burdened federal government to support. On the other hand modern healthcare is often times far too expensive for the average American. The creation of a subsidized federal healthcare loan program would provide Americans with a means of obtaining quality healthcare while preserving their self-reliance by allowing them to pay for the services they receive over an extended period of time. These loans should have an extremely low interest rate and should be given regardless of credit score or income. Physicians signatures and proof of services received should be required. This federal loan program should be used as a replacement for obamacare and medicaid.
