We the people believe it is a basic human need to Netflix and Chill every once in awhile. We believe the Obama administration should establish a federal holiday and encourage citizens to partake in Netflix and Chill. All citizens should be given the day off work and receive normal wages, where applicable. We the people recognize that Netflix is subject to change and/or cease to exist. In this scenario, the holiday shall continue under the same name, using whatever means necessary to Netflix and Chill.
