Create a Federal Homelessness Task Force to initiate a Job Training for Homeless Program.

The White House should establish a federal homelessness task force with its first priority being the establishment of a job training program for the homeless. Homeless Veterans and disabled homeless should have first priority for enrollment in the program. Public Private partnerships should be pursued to fund and staff the programs, with active pursuit of hi tech involvement for training in computer skills and basic computer programming abilities.
