create a Federal Initiative System similar to the State Initiative System to get issues on a Federal Ballot for voting

due to the on going issues on the Federal level of our country's government We The People petition the white house to create a Federal Ballot on which US Citizens in any of the United States can vote. To have issues placed on the Federal Ballot ( like congress gridlock issues ) Federal Petitioners would go around and collect a certain amount of signatures across all the states and once the set amount of signatures is reached the people of the united states vote on what the federal government should do about a certain issue and vote on solutions. This way our democracy can keep the federal government in check. This should prove to be a useful alternative in times of gridlock in congress that prevents the progress of our great nation.
