We need US Federal law and constitutional amendments that guarantee our rights to utilize the death penalty against all enemies foreign and domestic whose crimes warrant the death penalty.
This includes crimes punishable by multiple life sentences; which is cruel and unusual punishment on the individual and the tax payers as well as all other inmates in the penal institution.
The death penalty should be a guaranteed right that should never be taken away we do not ever want to be in a situation that says we are not able to kill invading forces into our country or put inmates to death who make our penal systems worse on other prisoners, corrections officers as well as other staff.
We all deserve the right to justice and the death penalty is vital to ensure this right.
