American's should have the expectation of true journalism in the news media, and leave the "yellow journalism" created in the 1930-40's to history.
When news broadcast stations, news broadcasters or printed news media resort to using pictures, stories, quotes, or videos, or manipulate the same, it should be a felony charge with jail time only, no fines. For all concerned. Because it can easily proven if they are blatantly false.
News media should be neutral, and owners of news media & staff should be expected to be professional and leave personal opinion's outside the studio doors, or be held accountable.
