Create a federal law making it illegal to view child pornography on-line and reverse the recent ruling by New York Court

How can viewing child pornography on line be "legal" when the acts themselves are considered a federal crime? The recent ruling by the New York Court of Appeals apparently thinks otherwise.. "The purposeful viewing of child pornography on the internet is now legal in New York," Senior Judge Carmen Beauchamp Ciparick wrote in a majority decision for the court published on 5/8/12... We have to be smarter than the average child predator to protect our children. Why would pedophiles risk arrest purchasing child porn when they can conveniently view them on line with legal protection? The internet has changed the meaning of "possession" and so must our laws. We cannot end child pornography if we do not stunt its demand, especially on-line. We need to make viewing of child pornography illegal
