Create a federal law making it a permanent right for witnesses and victims to video tape police officers making arrests.

Created by D.P. on June 30, 2013

It should be every American's inalienable civil right to be free from harassment or threat of arrest when videotaping officers making arrests.

As police corruption and brutality only increases, it is important for an informed citizenry to "police and the police" through videotaping arrests.

If a videotaping device is not available, the citizenry ought to have the same in alienable right to use an audio recording device off any form during police arrests in order to promote a civil society and preserve all 4th Amendment protections.
