Create a federal law that requires all schools in the United States of America to have armed security guards. This law will help keep our children safer from random acts of violence (school shootings) while they receive an education. By requiring schools to have armed security guards. This will spur job creation across our country. Applicants would need required back ground checks. Retired / disabled police officers (for example) would be perfect people who could fill these positions. Stricter gun control laws are not a constructive answer. Criminals will always find ways to acquire guns and commit random acts of violence. We need to preserve our second amendment while helping to keep our children safe in schools.
