Create a Federal law for minimum prison term of 25 years & fine of $200k for all rapists and their accomplices.

We want all rapists, and accomplices of rapists to be held accountable for perpetrating violence on girls and women. We want a Federal law to be enacted where all rapists & their accomplices will serve a minimum of 25 years in prison and pay no less than $200,000 in mandatory restitution for each of their victims. Current minimization of the violence of rape, and the continued dehumanization of girls and women demands far stricter penalties. We demand immediate action to protect the girls and women of the United States from violence. Thank you.
