The Madison and Sara Child Visitation Act, would be as follows.
At the choice of the non custodial parent, the custodial parent must present the child for standard visitation laid out by local family courts . The visitation exchange would take place at any County School that has received federal grants.
If the custodial parent did not comply and present the child for visitation with the the non custodial parent than all state, county and local law enforcement agencies would be permitted to enforce the visitation and it would be a criminal offense punishable by serving jail time.
