We the people of the United States of America, wish to implement a Federal Law that will imprison any Federal Agent, Peace Officer, or any other representative of "Law Enforcement" if they are found to have violated the United States Constitution against a citizen of this nation. If a citizen is wrongfully arrested, taxed, or violated, then the arresting agent shall face a speedy trial. The wrongfully accused will be compensated by the government for an amount to be determined by the jury. The sentence for the crime will also be determined by a jury of their peers. The people are tired of the government over-stepping their boundaries without any recourse. This must stop before we see another 1776.
