We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Create federal law similar to the UCMJ system to address criminal offenses by all law enforcement officers in the USA.

Created by K.R. on July 17, 2016

In light of all the many allegations of criminal offenses committed by Law Enforcement Officers, we are demanding that the Administration impress upon Congress to act quickly to enact new federal laws that will create a justice system that is similar to the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ). This new justice system must be used to investigate, arrest, charge, try, and convict Law Enforcement Officers who commit criminal offenses. The law must also make provisions for the creation of special prisons similar to Fort Leavenworth for housing those who are convicted. All Law Enforcement Officers regardless of their jurisdiction in the United States of America, must be subject to this justice system.
