Prevent voter fraud in elections and elevate the quality of votes preventing misguided individuals from ballot box stuffing, registering deal people, voting multiple times or in any way subverting vote integrity. Create a mandatory punishment of $200,000 fine enforced with a federal asset lien for any person found guilty of vote fraud.
Contrary to many leftist beliefs this is not a violation of civil rights or intimidation any more than seeking a drivers license or permit to carry a weapon. It's vote and the value of that vote justifies such protection.
Once people fee their vote is irrelevant due to cheating then they take their frustration into wholesale violence in the streets or slowly tender a revolt.
