Men are discriminated against and are not equally addressed when either clients lawyers draw up a Divorce Decree. Thru the years divorces always favored the women because of the financial discrepancies, and or the premise of educational background. Currently, although not nessesarly equal, courts still favor, and write divorces that are only addressing one side if the financial obligations of the parties, and not equally considering all factors of obligations both parties must face.
I suggest that the Federal Government enact a Divorce Standards Act, that addresses all parties, regardless of gender, that provides a equally specifies, rights, obligations, and financial standards if both parties.
