US Gov't. needs to create Federal laws, which prohibit the use of all types of electronic technology, including all types of equipment and processes, including but not limited to, computer programs, use of satellites, lasers, all types of frequencies, (i.e., electromagnetic, microwaves, radio emissions, etc.), and environmental components, used in involuntary experimentation on unknowing humans, especially when the effects are unknown, for example, if the person has prior neurosis, or especially in cases where the person has disabilities or permanent physical injuries. These purposes should be considered not only as gross violations of Human & Civil Rights (as the right to mentally think), but also as extreme human torture and suffering when the person is already physically disabled.
