Create federal legislation that all medical personnel who come to your home to do medical procedures must be licensed.

To keep people from being infected with diseases from reused or contaminated needles and/or medical equipment for home medical procedures like a medical exam for an insurance policy, please require medical personnel to be licensed. For example in the State of Florida I was told by a medical company representative that 'anyone can stick a needle in your arm and you are good to go'. I was not good to go as I was given HIV from a contaminated needle used by an unlicensed phlebotomist. Please require licensing for medical procedures at your home so this never happens to you!
