several states have bans on sex education. others leave out crucial information such as applying condoms correctly. this is severally damaging to our youth who are becoming sexually active earlier, and is a prime cause for the increase in teenage pregnancies over the last few years. We must have a standardized and mandatory sex education program to combat these issues
