Recently president Obama said in Ohio "If everybody voted, then it would completely change the political map in this country," he said, adding that mandatory voting would "counteract money more than anything." If he truly believes that, then he should issue an executive order creating a temporary Voting Day Holiday for Nov 5th 2016 until congressional approval can be garnered to secure it's permanence as a holiday.
