Nearly half of our states have a medical marijuana program. Not all of us are fortunate enough to live in one of these states.
A Federal medical marijuana program would decrease the disparity of access among states. It would guarantee a basic level of access to cannabis as medicine to all people.
Please consider creating such a program. If a less sympathetic President were to come to office, they may not choose to simply leave MMJ states alone. A federal program could make permanent the discretion of the current administration.
