Create a federal "Move over" law that some states already have that protects emergency services on roadways

Create a Federal Law that makes it where anytime a vehicle passes any kind of emergency vehicle sitting on the side of the road anywhere in the country no matter if they pass police, fire, or ems that drivers HAVE to slow down to less than 20 MPH and move over as much as possible in order to protect our emergency services there are some states that already have a move over law to help protect emergency services it shouldnt just be a state law it should be a federal law
