The citizens of the United States of America need a bailout. The system caters too much to the corporations that have used greed to overshadow the true needs of the average US family needs. Food, Healthcare, Housing, and Education are the keys to being a healthy and productive members of our society and address the needs of our economy to recover and prosper. Remove the burden by establishing a Federal Credit Card system that gives families and/or individuals a no-limit credit card to use for medical expenses, food, housing costs, and education expenses. It will require transparency and be monitored by any and all citizens to report misuse.
