Millions of American's do not have access to STD testing without paying large amounts of money or having to qualify financially to be tested at a clinic to do so. Considering the devastating effects of STD's and how easily they are transferred the government should enact a program that allows all Americans to be tested for ALL STD's at their OB/GYN (for women) or Urologist (for men) for free.
