Create a Federal 'Right To Die/Death With Dignity' law.

Created by T.A. on September 23, 2011

Our Constitutional right to "Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness" should include the ability to end said life in a painless, dignified, LEGAL manner.

Currently, the only states that allow doctors to assist with a dignified, painless death for people suffering terminal illness are Washington, Oregon, and Montana. A federal law would make it legal in all states.

Ask yourself: If you were suffering a terminal condition, such as a painful degenerative disease, or Alzheimer's, and you could choose for yourself when to end it, in a painless, dignified, supportive manner - if you had the chance to choose when to say goodbye - would you? If you answered 'Yes', please sign this petition.
