Create a Federal Ruling to stop the practice of Gerrymandering voter districts.

I am a voter and an elections inspector. Mr. President, Gerrymandering Voter districts is not in the countries better interests. I am asking on behalf of myself and the American voters to stop this practice.
This practice undermines our basic right to vote. Presently the political party in power, in any locality, has the right to reform districts to conform to political preferences. I always believed that voters should pick their representatives; not the party in power selecting their voters.
