Create a "Federal School Marshal" agency to provide armed and trained marshals in our schools to protect from terrorism

This program would follow the same type of designation as Federal air marshal. Agency's sole responsiblity would be that of designing and implementing training for a public school defence program that would protect againsts acts of terrorism.
Individuals would require the same qualifications as other federal agents. These agents would work with the schools to develop a unique defence program tailored to the individual needs of the school.
