When our planes were used as bombs against our citizens, one of the ways we used common sense to prevent this from happening again was the expansion of the Federal Air Marshals presence on air plane flights.
I petition that we use this same common sense approach and create a new Federal Law Enforcement Agency that does exactly the same thing that the existing Federal Air Marshal Service does but for Schools, Colleges and Universities.
This Federal School Marshal Service can be immediately staffed by retired armed services members and other trained retired federal law enforcement individuals.
