Create federal standards for voting in all federal elections, including making election day a national holiday.

Created by D.E. on November 12, 2012

To ensure that there are Federal Standards for voter registration, early voting, voting machines and election day access, including making Federal elections a national holiday. To modernize voting machines and create standards so our citizens can vote without worrying if their vote will be counted or if they will be allowed to vote. A bipartisan commission should be set-up to approve these standards for all Federal elections so that petty partisan state governments are not allowed to create electoral havoc [and as implied in the 10th amendment, all state and local elections can be run by state and local officials].

America should not be voting like it is a Third World Country but rather as the first and best Democracy on this planet.
