Create a Federal Water Project to Provide a Permanent Future Supply for Lake Mead, LA, and the CA Central Valley

Lake Mead is so low that Hoover Dam is dangerously close to a water level that will shut down its ability to generate electricity, amid the growing water demand of Las Vegas. The central valley of CA, America's important farmland, has lost federal water supply and is losing ground water at an alarming rate. These places and others, such as Los Angeles and Phoenix, could receive water supplied by a federal project, which could be a big job-creator, and once in place could provide a never-ending supply of water because it would come from the inexhaustible and nearby Pacific Ocean. Please create a project that would fund the building of water desalinization plants and pipelines to create a permanent solution to our country's agricultural needs, Hoover Dam, and the greater southwest.
