Create a federally funded, independent agency to conduct a thorough and all inclusive investigation of politicians

Enact via Executive Order the creation of a federally funded, independent agency to conduct a thorough and all inclusive background check of individuals who hold a federal office or appointment, from the President down. The background investigation will be initiated when it has become known that an individual is running for a federal office or federally appointed position. The background investigation will also be a matter of public record and therefor the agency must ensure all “leads, accusations, or partially known information” which could compromise the trustworthiness of the Individual In Question are exhaustively researched. For the record the military has the Uniform Code of Military Justice and members of our armed services are held to higher standards then our elected officials.
