Petition Congress to create a federal law requiring a 10 day waiting period before purchasing a gun and providing finger prints at the same time. During this time the local, state and federal governments are to investigate the potential purchaser for mental health, criminal information, number of firearms owned, and other information to determine the stability and ability to own a gun safely.
