Daylight Savings time is a time of year that is particularly hard form many American's to adjust to. There are wide spread cases of motor vehicle accidents and injuries during this period of adjustment. We petition the Obama administration to officially recognize the Monday after Daylight Savings as a Federal Holiday. Thereby mandating all American's have that Monday off to properly adjust to the change in time.
