Create a federally regulated site, by state, requiring propane services to post by the gallon prices on a regular basis.

With the so called propane shortage and the harsh winter this year propane prices have skyrocketed. I have found a VAST difference in prices in my area of northern Michigan. With a site devoted to requiring these company's to post their prices on a daily or weekly basis will allow consumers to see pricing and cut down on the potential for price gouging, which in my opinion, is happening on a regular basis.
