Create Federally run, 100% minority-based entities that mirror every single business currently run by white men.

For every white-male run business, legal establishment, or political entity, Federally create a mirror of those, yet have them built expressly and purposely for all other persons of America who are not a in the class of "white male". There is not enough fair and equal employment or judicial treatment for those who are not in the white male category, and America will never truly be fair until those entities exist. To be judged by your peers means exactly what it says. White men are not the peers to all other human beings in this world, but have held the power to reign over all others for a very long time. It is now time to share the power, the responsibility, the wealth, and the true freedom for all the rest of us who live here.
