Create a free On-Line accredited University that will enable any US citizen to obtain a 4 year college degree.
The technology to provide this already exists.
Any lab requirements could be coordinated through a partnership developed with state University's and could be paid by the individual.
This would provide any citizen to acquire a degree, reduce students dependance on debt based higher education financing and enable existing private and public university's the ability to be more focused on advanced degrees and research.
The benefits would be a better educated citizenry in general, significantly reduced debt, especially for young adults, and more and better qualified job candidates.
