Create fee parity for bicyclists in National Parks.

Created by B.S. on January 13, 2013

Vehicles can enter most National Parks for a flat fee regardless of the number of occupants. Cyclists in a group or on a family bike ride are mostly required to pay individually per person. Encourage healthy activity & reduce cars and carbon emissions in our national treasures by instituting a national fee parity for up to 10 cyclists (similar number of people in a large SUV) to enter for one flat fee as if they were traveling by car.
