Create a felony forgiveness program for those unfortunate to fall under the 2nd class citizenship once convicted.

For those like myself that have been targeted by over zealous DA & law enforcement departments, brought up on trumped up charges time after time until that person is finally sent to prison to lose "everything". House, marriage and business all gone. All my life I played by the rules not joining a gang or selling drugs and committing crimes. This all changed in March 2000 when my own uncle decided to ruin my life using law enforcement to help him with that goal. My uncle has lied on me and even when as far as to plant a diskette in the residents where I resided. Each time I was convicted on circumstantial evidence. Now after losing my child, wife and a thriving business after serving a 3 year prison sentence I have lost all hope. Felonies shouldn't stick to you "if" one keeps clean for yrs
