Create a financial abortion statute to give men the ability to eliminate their parental rights and responsibilities

During a pregnancy women are afforded 24 weeks to make a final decision of whether to terminate their parental responsibilites and end the life of the child. In the interest of equality and fairness I propose the right to financial abortion for the non custodial parent, also kown as the father of the unborn child, for the same duration of time afforded to women. This will be an irrevocable severance of ties of rights and responsibilities to the child on the part of the father. This would ensure equal access to abortions for all, not just half of the American population.
