Create a "fingerprint" database for newly created firearms.

Created by M.W. on January 20, 2013

When a weapon is created at the factory, it is test fired to ensure it works. Take the balistic information from that fired bullet and make a "fingerprint" of the weapon and create a database so when a weapon is purchased, the balistic information is on record making it easier for lawenforcement identify the owner. When the gun is sold or traded legally, the database can be updated with minimal intrusion to privacy, yet maintaining accountablity for all leaglly owned weapons. If a weapon is stolen/ lost or destoyed, the database can be updated with this information as well. I understand that this is a means for the government to track and keep count on how many weapons a person has, yet as a law-bidding citizen, I dont care if you know how many i have as long as they dont try and take them
