America needs to implement tax reform that taxes everyone fairly and leaves no wiggle room for people to dodge taxes or be over taxed. Poor people shouldn't get a tax return that is three times what they paid in taxes any more than a rich person should use loopholes to avoid paying their fair share. A flat tax would solve our deficit problem very fast.
