create the following amendment to the constitution and changes to election law to reform election process

Elimination of Electoral College with direct election.
Congressional districts drawn based on census data by standard algorithm.
Representatives and senators service limited to 12 years and judges limited to 25 years.
All funds affecting the political process will be considered political contributions.
Political contributions limited to average of last 3 years of income tax paid and amount lock after first contribution.
All elected officials, government employees, and military member’s health, welfare, retirement benefits must be funded within the same fund pools as the general population with equivalent entitlements.
All elected officials, government employees, are restricted from accepting employment from any firms that they have done business with or voted on contracts or bills.
