This is a petition to request that the Obama administration provides a way for the people to oppose a created petition, without having to create a new one, while maintaining construction criticism.
The purpose for requesting this, is to prevent a petition from representing a one-sided view, and voicing that a 'majority' of signatures, may not always be the 'majority's' point of view.
