Create a formal way to count the unemployed that have run out of benefits and make it law to include that statistic.

Created by M.U. on October 22, 2014

The current unemployment statistics do NOT include those people who have run out of unemployment benefits but still have not returned to employment. Please create a way to count those people who have run out of benefits, as they deserve to be counted and not ignored. Many have worked hard most of their lives, paid in their taxes to keep the government running, and now deserve more respect from their government. Trying to artificially keep the unemployment statistic low by ignoring these hardworking
people is just not fair.
